这是缺少了对应的模型所导致的，或者检查你的包含模型的路径有么有写错了，

就像我这里/home/xmy/smartcar_ws/src/smartcar_description/worlds/smartcar.world这个路径的worlds应该是world，所以报错。

/home/xmy/smartcar_ws/src/smartcar_description/world/smartcar.world

其他原因：
之前发现gazebo7.0.0版本启动一些场景会发生这个，可以升级下gazebo的版本到7.16.0
